TNBC xenograft tumor pO₂ responds to paclitaxel + hyperoxygen treatment. Mice bearing TNBC xenograft tumors were treated with periodic hyperoxygenation, 1 h per day (Ox), and/or paclitaxel (Pax) as described in Methods. Data represent mean pO₂ values (Mean ± SEM; N = 4) measured at 0, 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment with paclitaxel (Pax), hyperoxygen (Ox), both (Pax + Ox), or no treatment (Control). There is no significant change (p > 0.05) in tumor pO₂ in any group, but the Pax + Ox group does trend to have a higher pO₂ 24 h after treatment.
