A, Neutrophils were isolated from bone marrow of untreated mice or mice exposed to Cd (30 mg/l CdCl₂ in drinking water) for 8 weeks, and examined for migration in response to different concentrations of fMLF or WKYMVm (W peptide). B, Neutrophils from untreated mice were incubated with different concentrations of CdCl₂ for 30 min, and then examined for chemotactic response to fMLF or W peptide.
