Detection of Aβ1–42 content via ELISA reveals that Aβ1–42 content in the AD control group is higher than that in the stem cell treatment and the normal control group (*P<0.05). Detection of the relative expression levels of BACE1 and A2M genes in brain tissues was performed using qPCR. The expression level of BACE1 in the stem cell treatment group is lower than that in the AD control group (*P<0.05), while the expression level of A2M gene was increased in the stem cell treatment group compared to that in the AD control group (*P<0.05).
