The comparison of mass indensity in MALDI-TOF MS with 2,5-DHB as matrix. The signal sensitivity of maltotriose (Glc)₃, maltotrio-NAIM 12 and heteroatom derivatived maltotrio-imidazoles 21, 22, and 23 are shown. An 8 pmol of sample was deposited per spot. Spectra were obtained by accumulating 1000 laser shots. The matrix concentration was set at 50 nmol.
