(A–F) The relative expression levels of 6 circRNAs, including 3 downregulated ones (A, hg38_circ_0000395; B, hg38_circ_0008815; C, hg38_circ_0033002) and 3 upregulated ones (D, hg38_circ_0014254; E, hg38_circ_0019064; F, hg38_circ_0035876), were examined by qPCR in primary hBMECs treated with or without meningitic E. coli for 3 hr.
