Notes: (A) HeLa cells were treated with S1 (0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0, and 20.0 µM) for 24 hours, and cell viability was determined by MTT assay. (B) HeLa cells were treated with 10 µM S1 or EBSS for different times (0, 2,4, 8, 12, and 24 hours), and then cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
