Secretion of CSF1 and VEGF-A in HGFs treated with IL-6/sIL-6R, and (+)-terrein. HGFs (5.0 × 10⁴ cells/cm²) were cultured until they reached subconfluence. Next, the cells were pretreated with (+)-terrein (10 μM) or baricitinib (0.1–5 μM) for 30 min, followed by stimulation with IL-6/sIL-6R (50 ng/mL each) for 24 h. After stimulation, culture supernatants were collected, and levels of VEGF-A (A) and CSF1 (B) treated with (+)-terrein, level of CSF1 treated with baricitinib (C) were measured using ELISA kits.
