Establishment of a PDX model using liposarcoma PDCs and histology of xenograft tumors.

(A) In vivo tumorigenesis from patient-derived tumor cells (11GS-013, 11GS-079, 11GS-099). A total of 2 × 10⁷ cells were subcutaneously injected into immunodeficient mice, NOD/Shi-scid IL-2Rγnull. (B) Hematoxylin and eosin sections comparing primary tumors, orthotropic xenografts, subcutaneously injected xenografts, and xenografts implanted into the kidneys. Immunohistochemistry of tumor xenografts from mice using anti-CDK4 and anti-MDM2. Tumor features were preserved in the xenografts over the course of serial passages.
