Huh-7 cells expressing a HCV replicon containing a GFP-tagged NS5A were incubated in the absence (DMSO) or presence of theaflavins at 25 μg/ml, or Bocebrevir at 1 μM, for 72 h. Cells were lysed and Western blot analysis was performed to detected NS5A-GFP and tubulin with specific antibodies. Data are representative of 3 independent experiments.
