ABT-263 reverses PA remodeling in Fischer rats treated with SU5416/hypoxia. Fischer (CDF) rats were treated with SU5416 and sustained hypoxia (three weeks) and then maintained in normoxia. After pulmonary vascular remodeling was developed, ABT-263 was then injected. The lungs were harvested, immersed in buffered 10% formalin and embedded in paraffin for H&E staining. Representative images at ×1000 and ×200 magnifications are shown.
