Migration-induced changes in RNA stability. Altered genes upon induction of migration were detected in the presence of DRB, an RNA polymerase II inhibitor (fold change > 1.3, FDR < 0.05). Increased RNA stability is detected by up-regulation of genes in DRB-treated migrating cells compared to DRB-treated control cells, and decreased RNA stability by down-regulation.
