Figure 6.

Increasing concentrations (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 nM) of recombinant human VEGF121 in running buffer were flowed over the surfaces containing VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 Fc chimeras (1610 and 1450 RU immobilized respectively) and response was measured for 180 s at 30 μL/min. Dissociation was measured after switching the flow to running buffer. Association and dissociation phases were analyzed by non-linear curve fitting (red lines). Results of the curve fit are shown in Tables 79.
