NRP-1 Fc chimera was covalently attached to an activated SPR sensor chip by amine coupling until 1460 RU of immobilization were reached. Increasing concentrations (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 nM) of recombinant human VEGF121 in running buffer were flowed over the surface and response was measured for 180 s at 30 μL/min. We observed no significant binding to NRP-1 Fc under these conditions.
