Effects of drug combinations on biomarkers of the DNA-damage response. Cells were exposed to the indicated drugs for 48 hrs and analyzed by Western blotting for changes in protein levels and status of their phosphorylation (A and B). Similar cells were double-stained with anti-γ-H2AX antibody-Alexa Fluor 488 conjugate and propidium iodide and analyzed by flow cytometry (C).
