n-NOS immunoreactivity in different brain regions of the rhesus monkey model of recurrent migraine (immunohistochemical staining).

Cells containing nNOS showed brownish-yellow granules under the microscope after staining. nNOS-positive cells were stained brown yellow in the nucleus. Repeated IS stimulation of the dura in rhesus monkeys increased the immunoreactivity of n-NOS in the parietal lobe (A1), thalamus (B1), hippocampus (C1) and pons (D1).
