Immunoblotting for IGF-I Receptor α and phospho-IGF-IF (Tyr1131)/Insulin Receptor (Tyr1146) using lysates from HEp-2 cells treated with 0, 1, 2 and 4 μM chamaejasmine. The blots were stripped and reprobed with anti-β-actin antibody to normalize protein loading. Change was calculated as described in Figure 2.
