(A) RNA-Seq analysis shows that treatment of CMK leukemia cells with AZD9150 (10 μM) and control (10 μM) for 24 hours leads to differential expression of various transcripts, including the known leukemia stem cell drivers IL1RAP, MSI2, and MCL1.
