We used 24 tissues for DNase and 17 tissues for H3K27ac, weighted proportionally to their distances from the tissue under investigation. The PR curves using weighted tissues are drawn with solid lines, and the PR curves using the most distant tissue alone are drawn in dotted lines of the corresponding colors for comparison.
