Water temperature (°C), salinity (‰), pH, total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), ammonium-N, nitrate-N, and phosphate-P concentrations in 17 sampling sites as shown in Figure 5. Also indicated are the chlorophyll-a concentrations (Chl-a, µg/L) and the dominant cyanobacteria genera (Domi.), where Mic = Microcystis, Plank = Planktothrix, Cyl = Cylindrospermopsis, and Osc = Oscillatoria.
