Elemental combustion analysis in N. salina during reduced cultivation temperature. Elemental carbon, nitrogen, C/N, and total protein content determination for Nannochloropsis salina after a 96-h growth period: Samples were collected in triplicates (n = 3) and analyzed using SAS (p ≤ 0.05).
