All redeemed prescriptions were included, except from the following ATC codes: B05x (blood substitutes and perfusion solutions), B06x (other hematological agents), D09x (medicated dressings), J07x (vaccines), N01x (anesthetics), and Vx (various); medications were counted at the fourth level of the ATC code, ie, including the first five digits of the ATC code (eg, salicylic acid and derivates: N02BA).
