Naïve CD8⁺ T cells from congenic Thy1.1 mice were intravenously injected into C57BL/6 mice with established subcutaneous (A) and intraperitoneal (B) B16-OVA tumors. Tumors were harvested 18 h later and infiltrating Thy1.1^pos T cells were enumerated by flow cytometry. Numbers on plots indicate the percentage of Thy1.1^pos cells out of the live singlet CD45^pos CD3^pos CD8α^pos parent gate. Abbreviations: S.C., subcutaneous; I.P., intraperitoneal.
