COPD includes subjects positive by both criteria, FEV₁/FVC < 0.70 and Parameter D > 90^th percentile of normal. FVC-COPD includes subjects positive by FEV₁/FVC < 0.70 only. Parameter D-COPD includes subjects positive by Parameter D > 90^th percentile of normal only.
