UV spectra of the dT-derived NVP adducts, N3-NVP-dT (9) and O4-NVP-dT (10), isolated from reaction of 12-bromo-NVP with 3',5'-bis-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-dT under palladium catalysis. The spectra were obtained online, by HPLC with diode array detection, in acetonitrile/0.1% aqueous formic acid.
