Reagents and conditions: (a) [11C]CH3I, TBAOH for [11C]4 and [11C]5 pyrrolidine for [11C]6, THF, r.t., 5 min; (b) Oxone®, MeOH/H2O (1:1), 70 °C and 2 min for [11C]4 and [11C]6, 75 °C and 3 min for [11C]5.
