The effect of BFA on the number of Colo 205 tumorspheres. Colo 205 cells (1000 cells /well) were grown in ultra-low attachment 96 wells in the presence of 0.012 to 0.025 µg/mL BFA for two weeks. The images of tumorspheres were captured under phase contrast microscopy. ImageJ was used to determine the number of tumorspheres with diameters larger than 50 µm.
