The effect of BFA on Colo 205 colony formation in soft agar. Colo 205 cells embedded in soft agar with or without 0.015 μg/mL BFA in the soft agar were cultured for two weeks. The images of colonies were captured under phase contrast microscopy. ImageJ was used to determine the number of colonies with diameters larger than 50 µm.
