The IR and SI values were calculated for each compounds using formula: RI = IC₅₀ for drug-resistant cell line/IC₅₀ for appropriate drug-sensitive cell line; SI = IC₅₀ for normal cell line (BALB/3T3)/IC₅₀ for respective cancerous cell line.
