Effects of methylpenicinoline (1) on nitrite (A); PGE₂ (B); IL-1β (C); and IL-6 (D) production in BV2 microglia stimulated with LPS. Cells were pre-treated for 30 min with the indicated concentrations of 1, and then stimulated for 24 h with LPS (500 ng/mL). The concentrations of nitrite (A); PGE₂ (B); IL-1β (C); and IL-6 (D) were determined as described in Section 3.5.
