U-2 OS cells were incubated with deguelin (10 μM) for 24 h and then harvested for total RNA extraction for reverse-transcribed RNA samples at 42 °C with for 30 min. The revised RNA was used for quantitative PCR as described in the Experimental Section. Each assay were performed in triplicate and expression fold-changes were derived using the comparative CT method. * p < 0.05, significant difference between deguelin-treated groups and untreated-groups as analyzed by Student’s t test.
