(A,B) NOZ and GBC-SD cells were treated with various concentrations of cordycepin for 24, 48 and 72 h. Cell viability was assessed using the CCK-8 assay. (C,F) Cordycepin suppressed colony formation of GBC-SD and NOZ cells. Cells were treated with cordycepin and then cultured in fresh medium for 14 days to form colonies.
