Effects of treatments with single doses oral route of kaempferitrin (Km) at a 1, 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg and single treatment with fluoxetine (FLX; 5 and 10 mg/kg), desimipramine (DMI; 12.5 and 25 mg/kg), and imipramine (IMI 6.25, 12.5, and 25 mg/kg) by intraperitoneally route in the Tail Suspension Test (TST) in mice. All results are expressed as the average ± SEM of 8 to 12 animals. Comparisons were made using the Kruskal-Wallis analysis of variance based on rank, followed by the Mann-Whitney-U-test: ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001.
