Effect of the combination of Km and IMI, DMI, and FLX on the FST.
Effect of a non-effective dose of Km (1 mg/kg), DMI (3.25 mg/kg), IMI (6.25 mg/kg) and FLX (10 mg/kg) given alone and Km (1 mg/kg) given in combination with DMI, IMI or FLX on immobility time in the FST. All results are expressed as the average ± SEM of 8 to 12 animals. Comparisons were made using the Kruskal-Wallis analysis of variance based on rank, followed by the Mann-Whitney-U-test: ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001.
