Telmisartan reduces the mRNA expression of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in A549 cells. The mRNA expression of ICAM-1 (A) and MMP-9 (B) in A549 cells treated with 4 concentrations of telmisartan (10, 25, 50 and 100 μM) or GW9662 (10 μM) for 48 h were measured.
