Inhibition of autophagy attenuates thymoquinone (TQ)‐induced anti‐tumor effects in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cells. 786‐O and ACHN cells were mock‐treated or treated with TQ (40 μmol/L) in the presence or absence of 3‐MA (5 mmol/L); then, the migratory and invasive abilities were detected by transwell assay (A), and the expression of epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers and LC3 was determined by western blot (B).
