Measurement of ginsenoside (Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, and Rd) contents (mg/g dry weight) in three root parts (I, II, and III) of healthy American ginseng in: (A) phloem and (B) xylem. Mean values of ginsenoside amongst the three root parts (I, II and III) are not significantly different at α = 0.05 (p > 0.05), analyzed using Fisher’s least significant difference (LSD) test.
