The pseudo-first-order rate constants (kobs) and half-life (t1/2) were calculated according to the equations ln[Ct] = ln[C0] − kobs·t and t1/2 = 0.693/kobs, respectively. [C0] is the initial concentration of sirolimus and [Ct] is the percentage remaining at time t, which allowed for the calculation of kobs as the slopes of the lines obtained by linear regression analysis. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (n = 3).
