The pseudo-first-order rate constants (k_obs) and half-life (t_1/2) were calculated according to the equations ln[C_t] = ln[C₀] − k_obs·t and t_1/2 = 0.693/k_obs, respectively. [C₀] is the initial concentration of sirolimus and [C_t] is the percentage remaining at time t, which allowed for the calculation of k_obs as the slopes of the lines obtained by linear regression analysis. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (n = 3).
