Uprolides compounds inhibit the production of TNF (A) and IL-6 (B) induced by LPS in macrophages. Peritoneal macrophages from C57B1/6 mice were treated with different concentrations of compounds 1, 2 or 3 (uprolides N, O or P) 1 h before stimulation with 100 μg/mL of LPS. The supernatants were harvested after 6 h, and cytokine concentrations were determined by ELISA.
