Effects of BCF pretreatment on Bax translocation, release of cytochrome c and the ratio of Bcl-2 to Bax in H/R-treated H9c2 cells. (A) The expression of cytochrome c and Bax in the cytosolic fraction was measured by western blotting. β-Actin expression was examined as the protein loading control; (B) The expression of cytochrome c and Bax in the mitochondrial fraction was detected by western blotting.
