Effects of RAME on IL-1β, IL-10, and IL-6 mRNA expression levels in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells. The expression level of pro-inflammatory cytokine genes were measured by real-time PCR. RAW 264.7 cells were treated RAME (12.5, 25, and 50 µM) with LPS (1 µg/mL) and incubated for an additional 18 h. mRNA expression level of genes was normalized with β-actin.
