Effect of MDHB on TBHP-induced ROS accumulation in SH-SY5Y cells. SH-SY5Y cells were treated with MDHB (2, 4, or 8 μM) for 4 h before exposure to 40 μM TBHP for another 24 h. Intracellular ROS levels were measured via incubation with DCFH-DA fluorescent dye and analyzed using flow cytometry.
