Inhibitory effect of oleandrin and odoroside A on the invasion of MDA-MB-231 and RT-MDA-MB-231 cells. MDA-MB-231 and RT-MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with oleandrin (A) and odoroside A (B) at the indicated concentrations for 24 h, and then the cells were collected, added to ECs-Matrigel-coated insert wells and incubated overnight (for 16 h) at 37 °C. The cells that had invaded across the membrane were stained with 4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) and counted under a fluorescence microscope (×200). The values are expressed as the means ± SEM from three independent determinations. * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01 compared with the control group of MDA-MB-231 cells; ## p < 0.01 compared with the control group of RT-R-MDA-MB-231 cells.
