Inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) production (a) Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) protein expression in LPS (1 µg/mL)-induced Raw 264.7 cells pre-treated with 100 and 200 µg/mL solvent fractions (HEX—hexane; DICHO—dichloromethane; EA—ethyl acetate; BUT—butanol) of Geranium koreanum extracts for 24 h in 5% CO₂ incubator. NO production was measured using the Griess assay and the expression of iNOS protein was analyzed using the Western blotting assay.
