Fig.5 — Immunofluorescence analysis of the effect of amentoflavone on expression of SIRT1. The images of SIRT1 (CY3) immunofluorescencestained A549 cells were shown by the red color. The cells were cultured in the presence of amentoflavone and detected with a rabbit polyclonal antibody against SIRT1. Arrows show SIRT1 has been localized to the cell cytosol.
