DBM material was characterized by SEM imaging and demonstrated outstanding cellular adhesion of BMSCs to scaffolds. (B) The angiogenic and osteogenic effects of macrophage phenotypes were assessed indirectly by co-culturing BMSCs and HUVECs with conditioned media from polarized macrophages.
