Analysis of leiomyoma driver mutations reveals MED12 mutations and FH inactivation in adenomyomas. Two adenomyomas (Patients 2 and 3) display mediator complex subunit 12 (MED12) mutations (c.131 G > A, p.G44D) and one (Patient 1) shows 2SC positivity indicating fumarate hydratase (FH) inactivation.
