Lipids were extracted from fractions and separated on TLC; bands corresponding to triacylglycerols (A) and phospholipids (B) were scraped and measured. C, D: Huh-7 cells were incubated in triplicate with or without OEA [200 μM] for 16 h. Media were pooled and subjected to FPLC. Fractions were collected to measure apoB (C) and apoA1 (D) in triplicate by ELISA.
