Gentamicin 10 58(44.3%) 9(30%) 67(41.6%)

AST of all isolates was performed by modified Kirby Bauer disk diffusion technique following the guidelines of clinical and laboratory standards institute (CLSI, 2015). The number and percentage denotes the prevalence of resistance to the respective antibiotics by respective strains.
