RT-PCR validation of the identified mycoviral sequences. The final assembled viral sequences were confirmed by RT-PCR using the primers that designed based on the obtained viral contigs and the total RNA template extracted from the BLH-1 strain of S. rolfsii. The marker was in 2,000 bp Ladder, and the other lanes indicated the abbreviates of these detected viruses which were detailed in the Table 1.
