Risk factors - Endotracheal tube
- Central venous catheter
- Parenteral nutrition
- Presence of a nasogastric tube
- Presence of a urinary catheter
- Presence of ventricular derivation catheters
- Postnatal corticosteroids
- Pre-surgery
